Oats: 1/4th cup
Orange Carrot (grated): 1/4th cup
Skimmed Milk (liquid): 50 ml
Cashew Nut (chopped): 1 tbsp
Almond (chopped): 1 tsp
Jaggery (powdered): 1.5 tbsp
Ghee: 1 tsp
* Approximate measures: 1 cup/glass = 200g, 1 tbsp = approx. 15g, 1 tsp = 5g
