Recipe: Sauté chopped carrots, cabbage, and potatoes in butter until tender. Add tomatoes and peas, then pour in water and cook until everything is soft. Blend until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a little bit of cheese, if desired.


3. Green Pea & Coriander Soup
A quick, easy and delicious soup with minimal, everyday essentials!
Recipe: Cook green peas in water until tender, then blend with fresh coriander. Sauté garlic and onions, stir in the pea puree, and add a splash of cream. Season with salt and pepper, simmer briefly and serve hot.


4. Cold Cucumber Soup
A cool, refreshing soup that's great for summer!
Recipe: Start by sautéing onions until they become translucent. Then, add diced cucumbers and potatoes, cooking them until soft. Blend the mixture with cream until smooth. Chill the soup and serve cold, garnished with cucumber slices.

Recipe: Begin by boiling fish with bay leaves and cloves to infuse flavour. Sauté onions until golden, then add diced potatoes and pour in fish stock. Simmer until the potatoes are tender, then stir in the fish and a splash of milk. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
