- Step 1 In a pan add water and 1/8 cup chopped jaggery. Cook till jaggery melts and strain it.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour,1/4 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp baking soda and mix it well.
- Step 3 Add the jaggery water,1 tbsp oil,1/8 tsp vanilla extract, and whisk it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 5 Pour batter in a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
