- Step 1 In a bowl add soaked sabudana, 2 tbsp boiled potato, 1/2 tbsp peanut powder, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/3 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/3 tsp lemon juice
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 3 Mix everything well
- Step 4 Apply oil on banana leaf, take a portion of thalipeeth dough, pat it gently to a round shape
- Step 5 Make a hole in the centre
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, add 1/2 tsp ghee, place the thalipeeth and cook from both sides
- Step 7 Serve with a bowl Nestlé A+ Curd
