- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, take 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt and a little water. Mixing well knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 For the filling, take a fresh bowl add mashed peas, 2.5 tbsp grated paneer, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Take the kneaded dough, roll it into balls and flatten them to make a round paratha.
- Step 5 Take the filling mixture and put it in the centre. Seal the edges and form a ball.
- Step 6 Flatten and roll out again.
- Step 7 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1.5 tsp ghee on the paratha.
- Step 8 Make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 9 Garnish with a dollop of butter.
- Step 10 Serve hot.
