For Hummus
- Step 1 In a grinder, add soaked and cooked chole, 3/4 tbsp white til, 1 tsp
- Step 2 lemon juice, 1.5 cloves of garlic, 2.5 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and water
- Step 3 as required. Grind together until smooth.

For Sandwich
- Step 1 Take a slice of bread and spread the hummus on it.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped
- Step 3 green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/4 tsp mixed
- Step 4 herbs, and 1/4 tsp chili flakes.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 6 Serve.
