For oats dosa
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, required water and mix it well and make smooth paste batter.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Heat 1 tsp oil on dosa tava
- Step 4 Pour and then spread the batter, roast it.
- Step 5 Flip and roast on the other side.
- Step 6 Serve it hot with coriander chutney.

For the coriander chutney
- Step 1 In a blender, add 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tbsp groundnut, 1/8 tbsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, required water and grind till it is smooth.
- Step 2 Remove it in a bowl.
