For masala
- Step 1 Heat a pan and add 2 whole red chillies, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp saunf, 1/2 stick of cinnamon, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, kadi patta. Dry roast all garam masalas and grind to make fine powder.

For mutton sukkha
- Step 1 Take a pan. heat 2 tsp oil, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, and saute.
- Step 2 Once onions turns translucent, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well on
- Step 3 medium heat till raw smell of ginger goes off.
- Step 4 Then add 2 tsp chopped tomato and saute for a minute.
- Step 5 Add the prepared masala powder to the mixture and cook for few minutes.
- Step 6 Once mixed add 50 gms boiled mutton pieces and saute it.
- Step 7 Add little water, cover and allow to cook.
- Step 8 Finally season it with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 10 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
