Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup ragi flour, 1/4 cup wheat, chopped moringa, salt for taste and mix well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 3
Knead into a soft dough using warm water as required
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast on both sides evenly.
- Step 7
Apply ghee and stack the roti
- Step 8
Serve hot with sabzi or curry
