- Step 1 In a blender, add 1/4 cup sweet corn, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 green chilli and grind it coarsely.
- Step 2 Transfer the corn mixture to a bowl, add 3/4 cup jowar flour, 2 tbsp boiled moong dal, water as required, and mix into a smooth thick batter.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 cup chopped spring onion, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp baking soda, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 5 Preheat the waffle maker. Once the waffle iron is hot, grease it with oil, pour 1 ladle of batter, and cook until it is crisp and golden brown from both sides.
- Step 6 Continue the same for the remaining batter.
- Step 7 Serve it with your favorite dips or chutneys.
