For paste
- Step 1 Saute 1 tsp Oil,1 tbsp dhania seeds,1.5 tbsp grated fresh coconut,1/4 cup chopped onion,3 red chilli, 5 garlic, and blend into fine paste.
- Step 2 Give a nestle twist by adding garden cress seeds.

For Marinated prawns
- Step 1 Marinate 100 gm prawns with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and let it rest.

For kokum water
- Step 1 Soak 1 tbsp kokum syrup in water for 15 mins.

For curry
- Step 1 In a heated pan add 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, prepared paste and saute till the mixture leaves the sides of pan.
- Step 2 Add marinated prawns, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp salt add water as required and mix well.
- Step 3 Allow to cook for some time.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp kokum water and 2 tbsp coconut milk and mix it properly.
- Step 5 Cover and cook for some time.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
