- Step 1 In a bowl, break 1 egg, add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped green capsicum,1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and beat well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding milk.
- Step 3 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan.
- Step 4 Pour the omelet mixture.
- Step 5 Cook the omelette from both the sides and serve hot.
