- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp black salt, 2 tsp chopped pudina and whisk until smooth
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 2 tsp pomegranate and mix well.
- Step 3 Cut 1 cucumber into 2 halves vertically, scoop out the seeds and fill each half with the above mixture.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 5 Serve this healthy fun snack.
