- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp julienned cabbage, and 1 tbsp chopped spring onion to the pan, then stirfry.
- Step 3 Next, add shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Lay out a spring roll sheet, spread the mixture on it, and place 1/2 cheese slice
- Step 6 on top.
- Step 7 Roll it up and seal using a maida paste.
- Step 8 Heat oil for frying and deepfry the chicken spring rolls until golden brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot with ketchup.
