- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Add water as needed for binding and knead into dough.
- Step 4 Shape into equal sized balls and keep aside.
- Step 5 Heat oil for frying and fry till golden brown.
- Step 6 Enjoy as a snack or use it in any gravy.
