Pre Prep
- Step 1 Knead 3.5 tbsp wheat flour with water as required into a semisoft dough.
- Step 2 Also grind 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tbsp peanuts,1/4 tsp chopped green chilli,1/8 tbsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp salt, water to make coriander chutney.

Preparation
- Step 1 To make the filling for paratha, take 1/2 cup boiled chopped potatoes in a bowl.
- Step 2 To this, add 1/4 tsp each of ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, jeera, and ajwain.
- Step 3 Then, add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 Keep the mixture aside.
- Step 5 Now, roll the dough into round parathas.
- Step 6 Fill the stuffing carefully and fold the dough edges leaving no gaps. Roll out again into a round paratha.
- Step 7 Apply 1.5 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa.
- Step 8 Flip and repeat on the other side until its roasted.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
