- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp urad dal, kadi patta and roast for a minute
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp julienne onion and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup boiled potatoes and mix well.
- Step 4 Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Serve hot with chapati.
