- Step 1 Knead 3.5 tbsp wheat flour with water as required into a dough.
- Step 2 Divide into equal parts, roll into a round roti and roast it on a pan and keep aside.

- Step 1 In a kadai, add 3 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1.5 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and saute the mixture. Keep it aside.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4 Take a roti and place the stuffing in centre.
- Step 5 Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
