- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tsp white til and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
- Step 2 Further, add 1 tsp oil and fry 1 dry red chilli till they puff up.
- Step 3 Add 5 kadi patta and saute till they turn crisp.
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp urad dal, and saute till golden brown.
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp hing, and cook till oil oozes out from the sides.
- Step 6 Cool and blend it to smooth texture with roasted til.
- Step 7 Serve with your favorite snack.
