- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp boiled and mashed potato, 3 tbsp grated tofu, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp hing and 1/8 tsp dry mango powder.
- Step 2 Mix everything together and keep aside.
- Step 3 In another bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by mint leaves
- Step 5 Pour in some water and knead into a soft dough
- Step 6 Cover and rest dough
- Step 7 Divide the dough into equalsized balls, flatten it, and roll it into a square paratha.
- Step 8 Place a spoonful of the tofu filling in the center. Seal the edges and roll again.
- Step 9 Heat a nonstick tawa, place the paratha, cook with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 10 Cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
- Step 11 Serve hot.
