- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, boiled matki, 1/8 cup chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 tsp salt and mix it well. Stir in 1 tsp garam masala and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Saute the mixture and set aside.
- Step 2 Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by sprinkling black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Roll the roti with the stuffing and serve.
