- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 4 tsp chopped onions, 3 tsp chopped tomatoes and cook until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp sprouted moong and little water.
- Step 3 Cook until water is absorbed
- Step 4 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasturi leaves
- Step 6 Serve hot with chapati.
