- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/8 cup boiled noodles, 1.5 tbsp grated tofu, 1 tbsp peanut powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1/4 tsp each of jeera powder and salt.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Give a nestle Twist by adding moong sprouts.
- Step 4 Shape tikkis from the mashed mix.
- Step 5 Coat the tikki with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 6 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry until it turns golden brown on both sides.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
