- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp ragi flour and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Pour 3/4 cup of Nestlé A+ Milk, add 2 tsp sugar and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 3 Mix everything well and simmer over low flame.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp grated apple, mix well and cook for a minute.
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp chopped pista and 4 strands of kesar.
- Step 6 Keep stirring until it thickens.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds.
- Step 8 Serve warm or chilled.
