To make Tahini
- Step 1 Add 1/8 tbsp white til, 1/2 tsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and blend well.

To make Hummus
- Step 1 Add 1/4 tbsp cooked chole that has been soaked overnight and pressure cooked, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 garlic clove, 1/8 tsp lemon juice, add prepared tahini paste, a pinch of salt salt and blend well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 cup grated pumpkin and mix.
- Step 4 Take 2 brown wheat bread slices, apply 2 tsp butter, spread prepared hummus and cover with other slice.
- Step 5 Serve.
