- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp grated cheese, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and mix well and keep aside.
- Step 2 In another bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp grated pumpkin and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Pour in little water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Roll a dough ball to a round thick shape, place the filling in center, gather and seal the edges
- Step 5 Roll it gently to a round shape
- Step 6 Heat a tawa on a low flame, place the paratha and roast until light brown using ghee
- Step 7 Take the paratha on a plate, spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce evenly, top it up with 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum and 1/2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 8 Heat another pan, place the paratha pizza and season with 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 9 Cover and cook until crisp and the cheese melts
- Step 10 Slice and serve hot.
