- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp butter, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup diced potato and saute until light brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup diced pumpkin and pour in little water
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 5 Cover the pan and cook until soft.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Serve hot with chapati and salad
