- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup paneer cubes, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and mix everything together
- Step 4 Marinate it for 1520 minutes.
- Step 5 Take a skewer, add all the vegetables and paneer alternatively
- Step 6 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the skewers and roast until cooked and charred
- Step 7 Serve hot
