For Potato Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tbsp grated carrot,1/2 tbsp boiled peas,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4
- Step 3 tsp garam masala,1/4 dry mango powder,1/4 tsp salt and, saute it well and cook them.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp mashed potato,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.

For Sandwich
- Step 1 Remove the crusts from all multigrain bread slices and discard them.
- Step 2 Flatten each multigrain bread slice using a rolling pin.
- Step 3 Place a multigrain bread slice on a clean, dry surface and apply 1 tsp of
- Step 4 pizza sauce.
- Step 5 Place another multigrain bread slice over it and spread the potato mixture,
- Step 6 followed by 1 tbsp of grated cheese.
- Step 7 Put the third slice on top and spread 1 tbsp of green chutney evenly over it.
- Step 8 Cut the roll into 4 equal portions and serve.
