- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed yam, 2 tbsp boiled shredded chicken, 1 tbsp grated cauliflower, boiled masoor dal,1 tsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Mash and mix it well.
- Step 4 Shape the mixture into a patty.
- Step 5 In a nonstick pan, shallow fry with 1 tsp oil on both the sides and keep it aside.
- Step 6 Take 1 burger bun.
- Step 7 Cut it into half.
- Step 8 Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on the cut bun.
- Step 9 Add 1 lettuce leaf, prepared patty over it, 1 cheese slice, 2 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato.
- Step 10 Cover it with another half of the bun and serve it.
