For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp besan, 2 tsp rice flour, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well and knead into a smooth dough.
- Step 4 Transfer the dough into a steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 Cool the dough and cut into pieces.

- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add the pieces.
- Step 2 Shallow fry the vadi until crisp.
- Step 3 Tasty kothambir vadi is ready to be served hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
