- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup jackfruit flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 3 tbsp boiled chana dal, 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp hing, salt as per taste and water as required.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 3 Mix and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 4 Divide it into equal portions and roll it into a round paratha.
- Step 5 Heat the tawa, place a paratha, and roast it from both sides using oil till golden brown and cooked.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
