- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 4 tsp ragi flour, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Step 2 Whisk until smooth, pour in a little water to adjust the consistency
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, cinnamon stick, 1 clove, curry leaves, 1 red chilli, 1 tbsp grated bottle gourd and saute until soft
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain
- Step 5 Add moong sprouts and saute until soft
- Step 6 Pour in the Nestlé A+ Curd ragi and mix it well
- Step 7 Simmer for a few minutes until all flavors combine well
- Step 8 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and salad
