For the Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl, take 150 gm rohu fish, add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, cashew paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and onion paste.
- Step 2 Marinate the fish in this marinade.
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and mix it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For the Doi Maach Gravy
- Step 1 Take a pan, heat 3 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add the marination, 1 clove, 2 green elaichi and 1 bay leaf.
- Step 3 Add 2 marinated fish pieces.
- Step 4 Cook it till the fish is cooked properly.
- Step 5 Serve doi maach hot with rice.
