- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan, then add 5 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp of whole black pepper and 1/4 cup
- Step 2 of julienned onion, saute until the onions start to become slightly transparent.
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp of gingergarlic paste, 1/4 cup of chopped tomato and saute until the tomatoes soften.
- Step 4 Add the chicken pieces and mix well to combine everything.
- Step 5 Once the chicken is well mixed with the other ingredients, cover the pan and let it cook.
- Step 6 When the chicken is golden brown, remove the cover and add 1 tsp of tamarind pulp, 1/8 tsp of
- Step 7 turmeric, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin
- Step 8 powder and 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Step 9 Add a little water and mix properly.
- Step 10 Sprinkle 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, cover the pan again, and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 11 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 12 Once done, turn off the flame and transfer the curry to a serving bowl.
- Step 13 Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
