For the kulcha dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, take 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8th tsp salt and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Keep it aside

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tsp chopped spring onion.
- Step 2 Give a nestle twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Mix it well and keep aside

For the kulcha
- Step 1 Roll the dough into a thin circular form
- Step 2 Fill the stuffing in the centre
- Step 3 Fold and seal it
- Step 4 Flatten into a kulcha
- Step 5 Apply water on the base of the kulcha
- Step 6 Transfer it to a hot tawa
- Step 7 Add 2 tsp ghee on the sides and on the top of the kulcha
- Step 8 Roast it well on both the sides.
- Step 9 Serve it hot
