- Step 1 In a nonstick pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1 ½ tbsp chopped carrot, 1 ½ tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, and stir the vegetables.
- Step 3 Then add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp soy sauce and stir well.
- Step 4 Add cooked kodo millet, 1/2 cup boiled shredded chicken, 1/4 tsp vinegar and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
