PrePreparation
- Step 1 Dry roast 1/2 tsp dhania seed,1/4 tsp jeera, and grind with 1 tbsp diced onion ,1/8 tsp haldi, and little water.

For Marination
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup shredded chicken pieces, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

For Chicken Gravy
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, the ground onion masala paste, and saute it till the oil separates from the masala.
- Step 2 Add the marinated chicken, water as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Add 2 cube capsicum,2 cube red capsicum,2 cubes yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala, salt as required, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5 Serve hot with roti.
