- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 cloves, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2 Add 4 tbsp brown rice,1 tbsp moong dal and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup chopped broccoli and season with 1/4 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 4 Add water as required for cooking
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 6 Cover and pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 7 Serve hot with mint raita or kadhi
