- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal and 4 kadi patta
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup chopped broad beans, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and stir.
- Step 3 Add a little water for cooking.
- Step 4 Cover and cook until tender.
- Step 5 Once cooked, add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and mix well.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot .
