- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until it turns golden brown .
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala, little water and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp salt, roasted powder and roast for a minute.
- Step 4 Add little water and cook for a minute.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 cup peas, 1 tbsp each of chopped french beans, capsicum, carrot and potato.
- Step 6 Mix all the ingredients.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 8 Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Step 9 Serve warm with roti or bhakri
