Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp besan, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/10 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder and ajwain.
- Step 2
Pour in some water and whisk it to a smooth and thick batter
- Step 3
Heat a pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly
- Step 4
Add oil and cook on both sides until light brown and crispy
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 6
Serve hot with mint coriander chutney.
