- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup julienne zucchini, 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Mix everything and marinate for 5 minutes
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp corn flour and toss all ingredients
- Step 4 To a baking tray, add the julienned zucchini and bake at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 6 Serve warm
