- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp hing, 1 cup chopped bhindi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp dhania powder and mix all ingredients.
- Step 3 Cover and cook until all spices combine well
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup boiled diced potato, 1/8 tsp amchur and mix well.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Serve with chapati.
