A great way to sneak nutritious vegetables in your kid's meal, this paratha is packed with energy and provides the daily requirements of vitamins, dietary fiber, and proteins. The addition of cumin seeds will help reduce bloating and aid digestion.
In a bowl, add 2 tsp grated tofu, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp dry mango powder and 1/4 tsp jeera. Mix well.
In a mixing bowl, take 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tsp grated green zucchini, 1/8 tsp salt.
Knead with water.
Roll into paratha, fill in the stuffing. Roll again
Roast on a heated tawa using 1 tsp oil.
