10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • For kulcha dough

    Take 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8th tsp salt, knead into soft dough and keep it aside

  • For the filling

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated zucchini, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney and mix it well

  • For Kulcha

    Roll the dough and fill the stuffing in the kulcha.

  • Fold and seal the edges.

  • Flatten the kulcha and apply water on base.

  • Transfer to a hot tawa and add 1 tsp ghee on top.

  • Roast the kulcha well on both the sides.

  • Serve hot.
