Make this simple, healthy variation, Zuchinni sago paratha stuffed with mashed sago, grated zuchinni and spices and roasted with a dash of ghee until perfection. It makes an ideal breakfast option as it provides a great combination of fiber, vitamins and healthy fats. It can be served best with Nestlé A+ Curd, raita or pickles.

Soak and mash 2 tsp sabudana and keep aside.
For the dough
In a mixing bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sabudana, and 2 tsp grated zucchini.
Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, jeera powder and green chilly paste.
Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1.5 tsp ghee.
