For the dough
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sago, and 2 tsp grated green zucchini.
- Step 2 Then, add 1/4 tsp each of salt, jeera powder and green chilli paste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 5 Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
- Step 6 Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
