3 Grated Tbsp(27.0 gm) Green Zucchini
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Chopped Tsp(0.26 gm) Ginger
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Cup(63.0 ml) Water
1/8 Cup(24.0 gm) Quinoa
  • For Vegetable

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1/8th tsp chopped ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,3 tbsp grated zucchini,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp black pepper powder then saute it well and cook it nicely.

  • For Balls

    In a bowl beat, 1 number of the egg then add into the cooked quinoa,sauted vegetables,1 tbsp oats flour,and mix it well.

  • Greece appam pan with 1 tsp oil and pour the batter in each mould.

  • Cooked cheese balls from both sides.

  • Serve hot.
