Quinoa Zucchini Fritters is a Protein-rich and whole grains packed into a fun, this perfect for little fingers to grab and munch on!
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1/8th tsp chopped ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,3 tbsp grated zucchini,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp black pepper powder then saute it well and cook it nicely.
In a bowl beat, 1 number of the egg then add into the cooked quinoa,sauted vegetables,1 tbsp oats flour,and mix it well.
Greece appam pan with 1 tsp oil and pour the batter in each mould.
