For Vegetable
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp chopped ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,3 tbsp grated green zucchini,1/8 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, saute it well and cook it nicely.

For Fritters
- Step 1 Cook 1/8 cup quinoa with 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 In a bowl beat 1 egg then add the cooked quinoa, sauteed zucchini,1 tbsp oats flour,and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4 Grease appam pan with 1 tsp oil and pour the batter in each mould.
- Step 5 Cook the fritters from both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
