Zucchini Paneer Stuffed Paratha Recipe

Zucchini paratha is a nutritious alternative to regular paratha, with stuffed aromatic paneer that blends well and imparts a delectable taste and provides a good source of energy as well as the daily intake of vitamins, dietary fiber and protein. A delicious way to sneak nutritious vegetables into a picky child's snack.

1/4 Grated Cup(30.0 gm) Green Zucchini
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
3.0 Grated Tbsp(30.0 gm) Paneer
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • For Stuffing

    Add 3 tbsp grated paneer and 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.

  • For Dough

    To make the dough, add 3.5 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tsp grated zucchini, 1/8 tsp salt and sufficient water in a mixing bowl and knead.

  • For Paratha

    Roll out the paratha with a rolling pin.

  • Fill the prepared stuffing in the center, and fold and seal the edges.

  • Roll it out again carefully.

  • On a heated tawa, roast the paratha with 1.5 tsp oil.

  • Flip and roast on the other side.

  • Serve hot with ketchup.
