1/2 Diced Cup(72.0 gm) Green Zucchini

20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Besan
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup besan, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp ajwain, water and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup diced zucchini.
Heat oil for frying and add zucchini mixture.
